Roger's practice spans a wide range of high profile litigation in the superior courts and in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He specializes in corporate and commercial litigation especially in corporate recovery.Insolvency, director's liability cases, civil forfeiture, land and environmental law, constitutional and administrative law matters, public procurement law, personal law matters and election disputes. He also has a substant experience in criminal law litigation especially in ecominc crimes.

Roger has also undertaken internal investigations and regulatory enforcement actions involving corruption and other fraud matters. Recently he acted for a top tier aviation company in an insolvency related litigation and director’s liabilities cases with a claim in excess of USD 1.5 Billion.

Roger was a member of the Taskforce on the Implementation of the Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources in line with the Provisions of Kenya’s new Constitution
